On July 5:

● At 2:27 a.m., Carlos Reyes Hernandez was placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence, (2nd Offense), following a traffic offense stop in the 600 block of 14th Avenue. Reyes Hernandez was also cited for Operating While Revoked and Parking/Stalling - Double Parking. Reyes Hernandez was later released to a responsible party, pending a mandatory court appearance.

● At 2:28 a.m., Felipe Avendano-Hernandez was placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence, (1st Offense), following a traffic offense stop in the 600 block of 14th Avenue. Avendano-Hernandez was also cited for Operating without a Valid License and Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration. Avendano-Hernandez was later released to a responsible party, pending a court date.
