Main Street Monroe held its annual Trunk or Treat on the Square on Sunday, October 25, while regular Halloween Trick or Treating took place around the city on Saturday, October 31. Children young and old dressed up as superheroes, celebrities, sports stars, TV & movie characters, and animals, among other niche topics. Even pets got in on the action.
