MONROE - Love Begins Here, a service-based summer camp, is returning to Monroe this summer. From June 19-22, nearly 100 high school students from around the Madison area will be participating in a summer camp where they spend each day offering services to anyone who needs something done. Projects could include washing windows, painting, weeding gardens, sorting items or cleaning work places.
