Annual FFA alumni pancake breakfast scheduled for Feb. 19

DARLINGTON - The Darlington FFA and FFA Alumni is hosting its annual pancake breakfast and farm toy show from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19 at the Darlington High School, 11838 Center Hill Road.

The Farm Toy Show, located in the school's gymnasium, will run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The breakfast menu includes buttermilk pancakes, blueberry pancakes, sausage, ice cream, applesauce, milk orange juice and coffee.

Prices for the all-you-can-eat breakfast are $6 for adults, $4 for children 12 and under, and children under 4 eat free. Prices for breakfast include admission to the toy show.

The pancake breakfast has been an annual event for more than 25 years; this is the ninth year the toy show has been held in conjunction with the breakfast.

The Farm Toy Show will feature about 100 tables of toy vendors and displays. Trophies will be awarded for the top three displays and tables are still available. Tables can be reserved by calling Jack Sauer at (608) 776-2626, or Troy Lobdell at (608) 776-4001.

Raffle tickets are also being sold for several prizes including two precision classic toys. The drawing will take place at the close of the toy show.
