Boll scores last-second goal in 3-2 win

MONROE — Karlee Boll scored the game-winning goal with 17 second left in a 3-2 Rock Valley Conference win against East Troy on May 2. The score came off a throw in from Marlies Brandli.

Boll finished the game with five points on two goals and one assist. Lilah Bauer scored the second goal of the game.

EDGEWOOD 3, SUGAR RIVER 1

EDGEWOOD — In a battle of ranked Division 3 opponents, the No. 10 Raiders fell 3-1 to the No. 5 Crusaders in a conference game May 2.

Jenna Gentilli scored the lone goal, unassisted, in the second half. In net, Addison Lutz tallied 10 saves for a .769 save percentage. 

With the loss, Sugar River drops to 9-3-1 overall. The Raiders only losses have come to either ranked teams or Division 2 teams.
