ALBANY - A beginning quilting class will be offered at the Albany School starting on Tuesday, Feb. 4, for 6 weeks. The class will run from 6 to 8 p.m. each Tuesday. The cost of the class is $30 for the six weeks, plus supplies. Participants will learn basic quilting skills and how to use quilting "gadgets." Contact Barb Briggs at (608) 862-3245 after 4 p.m. for more information and supply list. A sewing machine is a must to take this class. The class is limited to 10 people, so register early.
