MONROE - The traffic signals at 13th Avenue and 9th Street in Monroe will be shut down Thursday for maintenance.
Street Supervisor Tom Boll said the signals will be shut down from approximately 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. He said that stop signs will be visible from all directions, but he urged drivers to proceed with caution.
Boll said work will be done to repair damage done when one of the signals was hit by a truck last month.
