MONROE - Swiss dairy group Emmi announced today that it is acquiring Roth-Kase USA Ltd.
Emmi has held a minority stake in the Monroe-based company, and with the acquisition will hold 100 percent of Roth-Kase's shares, the companies announced in a news release. The companies will continue to operate as separate entities.
The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
