Terry A. Seffrood, age 51, of Gratiot, WI, passed away Friday, December 20, 2013, at Agrace Hospice Care in Fitchburg, WI. He was born January 12, 1962 in Green County, Monroe, WI, the son of Ralph and Edith (Hauser) Seffrood. Terry graduated in 1980 from Black Hawk High School and later from U.W. Platteville. He lived and farmed on the family farm in Gratiot.

Terry is survived by his mother: Edith of Gratiot; three brothers: Chet (Paula) Seffrood of Oconomowoc, WI, Ron (Stephanie) Seffrood of Lodi, WI, and Dale (Ilene) Seffrood of Verona, WI; three sisters: Susan Richel of McFarland, WI, Audrey (fiance Tom Sherry) Caygill of Gratiot, and Sheila (Russell) Wolff of Cottage Grove, WI; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father: Ralph on April 13, 2005; one brother: Gerald "Jerry" Seffrood on January 28, 1979; and three nieces: Kayla Frey on June 2, 2002, Abigail Frey on March 9, 2008, and Alyson Wolff on April 22, 2013.

Terry was a member of Wiota Lutheran Church. He was proud of his dairy cows, which were the main focus of his farming days. Terry loved sports and all the Wisconsin teams. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 27, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Wiota Lutheran Church (6682 State Road 78, South Wayne, WI 53587) with Rev. Luke Smetters officiating. Burial will be at West Wiota Cemetery. A visitation will be held Thursday, December 26, 2013 at the church from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. The Erickson Funeral Home in Darlington is serving the family.
