Monroe Police

MONROE - On Monday, Nov. 19:

- Martin L. Perez, 27, Monroe, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. in the 2300 block of 11th Street for a probation hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was jailed.

- Mark D. Anderson, 45, Rockford, was cited at 4:41 p.m. in the 2200 block of West 2nd Avenue for selling meat door-to-door without a city peddler's permit.

- A wallet was reported lost at 7:39 a.m. at or near Kwik Trip, 1019 9th St. If found, call dispatch at (608) 329-2400.

- A woman came into the station with her daughter and grandchildren at 12:49 p.m. to tell police that the father of one of her daughter's children is a good father despite complaints to the contrary. Police advised the woman that if the father is being harassed or unfairly blamed, he needs to bring those concerns directly to police.

- A possible theft of two fuses from an unattended vehicle in the parking lot of Swiss Colony, 1112 7th Ave., was reported at 2:29 p.m. The vehicle owner told police the missing fuses could also be the result of a prank.

- A cellphone was reported stolen at 5:27 p.m. from the top of a locker during gym class at Monroe High School, 1600 26th St.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Ian A. Thompson, 22, Edgerton, was cited in the 1100 block of Wisconsin 69 at 9:38 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, for speeding and driving with a suspended license, a suspended registration and no proof of vehicle insurance.

- Tara L. Horsfall, 28, Mineral Point, was cited for driving with a suspended license on 6th Avenue at 6:32 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16.

- Kala L. Booth, 22, New Glarus, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 1:35 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, after police stopped her for an equipment violation on 2nd Street at 11th Avenue.

- William T. Johnson, 38, Belleville, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 7:22 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, after police stopped him for an equipment violation on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

- The theft of some tools was reported at 10:01 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, in the 400 block of 6th Avenue.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday, Nov. 19:

- Emily E. Breitzke, 25, Madison, was transported from the Dane County Jail to Lafayette County for a court hearing. After her court appearance, she was returned to the Dane County Jail.

- William R. Pollock, 21, Belleville, was taken into custody at 4:08 p.m. on a Department of Corrections apprehension warrant. He was jailed.

- A deputy assisted a father in taking custody of his son at a residence on Benny Benton Road in the Town of New Diggings at 8:46 a.m.

- A dog running loose and attacking a neighbor's livestock was reported at 1 p.m. on County F in the Town of Fayette.

- Vandalism to a mailbox was reported at 3:35 p.m. on County U in the Town of Seymour.
