BRODHEAD - Kelly F. Winters, 38, Brodhead, was arrested for battery to a child around 4 p.m. March 16 in the 800 block of West Second Avenue. He was transported to the Green County Jail. Stacy L. Usher, 40, Brodhead, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct. She was released and charges were referred to Green County Human Services. A juvenile female, also from Brodhead, was arrested for battery. Charges for the juvenile were referred to Green County Juvenile Intake.
• Darrin W. Demrow, 29, Brodhead, was arrested for retail theft around 12:30 a.m. Thursday in the 2400 block of First Center Avenue. He was released pending court.
• John F. Meier, 18, Brodhead, was arrested for prowling, trespassing and underage drinking Saturday in the 1200 block of East Fourth Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Shannon K. Nafzger, 25, Madison, was arrested for driving after suspension following a traffic stop around 7:45 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of First Street. Mark R. Mansfield, 26, Juda, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle. They were released pending court.
• Reese A. Wood, 22, Beloit, was arrested for driving after revocation and speeding following a traffic stop around 3:30 a.m. March 16 in the 600 block of First Street. He was released pending court.

MONROE - James L. Zweifel, 49, and Jessie L. Hanson, 27, both of Monroe, were arrested for disorderly conduct following a report of a domestic dispute around 6:15 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of 10 1/2 Street. They were released pending court.
• Samantha J. Siegel, 17, and a 16-year-old Monroe female, were cited with theft around 3:45 p.m. Monday at ShopKo. They were released pending court.

New Glarus - Vernon M. Boley, 49, Mount Horeb, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle around 6:45 p.m. Wednesday on 14th Avenue near First Street.
• Kristine A. Pryor, 34, New Glarus, was cited for driving a vehicle with a suspended registration following a traffic stop around 6:15 p.m. Thursday on Railroad Street near Sixth Avenue.
• Jesse J. Gillett, 23, Brooklyn, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle following a traffic stop around 6:30 p.m. Saturday on Wisconsin 69 near Wis. 11.
• Bradley R. Schwartzlow, 22, Monticello, was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop around 6:45 p.m. Saturday on Hoesly Drive near County W.
