ALBANY - John Martin, 53, Albany, was arrested Friday, July 5, on a warrant issued by the Albany Police Department.
• Stephen A. Foster, 32, Lance W. Kleeman, 28, and Eddie M. Royal, 35, all of New Glarus, were cited for trespassing Thursday, July 4. The three men allegedly jumped a fence and were swimming around the dam.
• Kelly A. Haymond, 35, Freeport, and Kristen J. Winters, 23, Chicago, were cited Friday, July 5, for outside consumption of alcohol.

DARLINGTON - On Monday, July 8:
• Michael M. Griffin, 37, Darlington, was arrested for a probation violation at about 9:30 a.m., following a disturbance at a residence on Frank Street. He was jailed.
• Devin E. Fleming, 19, Darlington, was cited for removal of property without the owner's consent at about 5:10 p.m., following an investigation of an allegation that Fleming removed mail from a mailbox at a residence on Louisa Street Saturday, July 6. The mail has since been returned.

DARLINGTON - Jesse L. Johnsrud, 23, South Wayne, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance and a seatbelt violation following a traffic stop on Robert Homb Memorial Drive in South Wayne at 4:37 p.m. Monday, July 8.
• A deputy responded to County W in Benton Township at 8:50 a.m. Monday, July 8, to provide traffic control for the highway department while workers removed a tree that had fallen across the road.

MONROE - Dale L. Finley, 31, Monticello, was cited for driving with a revoked license at 6:43 p.m. Monday, July 8, when a deputy stopped him for a traffic infraction on County EE at Schneeberger Road in Mount Pleasant Township.
