Joyce M. Schwartz age 86 of Monroe, Wisconsin died on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Monroe Clinic Hospital. She was born May 21, 1926 in East Troy, Wisconsin the daughter of Eldred and Esther (Tess) Kehoe and graduated from East Troy High School in 1944. Joyce did secretarial work for Tews Company in Milwaukee & Trent Tube in East Troy.Joyce married Victor A. Schwartz on April 10, 1948 in East Troy.
