MONROE - John Lee Reigel, 47, Beloit, was arrested for his fifth offense OWI; operating with a revoked license; a Rock County warrant for contempt of court; and a Department of Corrections warrant at 6:27 a.m. Wednesday, on the north side of Wisconsin 11 at Keller Rd in the Town of Monroe. The arrest reportedly came after deputies observed his vehicle stopped on the shoulder of the roadway, with the driver slumped over the steering wheel.

Reigel was incarcerated in the Green County Jail pending court and bond.
