St. Vic's plans Brunch with Santa on Dec. 11

MONROE - A Brunch with Santa will be at 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11 at St. Victor School, Monroe. Tickets can be purchased for $8 at the Kidz Kloset, First National Bank or Wisconsin Community Bank.

For more than 30 years, the school has hosted the holiday tradition for the young and old alike. For the brunch, St. Victor School gym is transformed into a winter wonderland with dozens of Christmas trees, lights and decorations. Santa makes a special stop and each child has the opportunity to visit with him.

Santa's elves are on hand to serve brunch which includes French toast sticks, cheese hash browns, sausage, fruit, cheese and cinnamon rolls. There are also crafts, face-painting, and table favors. Professional photos with Santa, silent auction bidding, and games are also available for an additional charge.

In association with Brunch with Santa, a raffle is held; participants do not need to be present to win. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Raffle prizes include a Playstation 3 Move, Apple iPod Nano, American Girl Doll, 6-month family YMCA membership, two-night stay at The Wilderness, and an overnight stay and dinner at Chalet Landhaus. Tickets may be purchased from any school family or from the school office.
