ALBANY - "History of Flags That Have Flown Over Our Land" is the topic at the Albany Historical Society meeting for the Tuesday, Nov. 15 at the museum, 119 N. Water St.
A short business meeting will be held at 7 p.m.
Roger Hillebrand of Belleville will be the guest speaker. Hillebrand, Belleville police chief, has researched flags and will discuss flags of the colonies, Civil War, states and more.
