The groom-to-be is the grandson of Johnnie Miller and Renesie Phifer and Frederick Sr. and Dorothy Parham. He is a 1997 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he majored in management information systems (MIS) and minored in economics. The future groom is an application engineer at Provade in Milwaukee.
The couple plans to marry in May 2013 in Riviera Maya, Mexico, surrounded by family. A reception is planned for Aug. 24 in Milwaukee. The couple resides in Milwaukee.
