ALBANY - Albany United Methodist Church, 500 Park St., will host a Thanksgiving dinner from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 28.
The menu will include turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes, squash, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, roles, beverage and dessert. The free dinner is made possible through donations and volunteers from St. Patrick's Catholic Church, the Lutheran church, Hilltop Community Church and the United Methodist Church, all of Albany.
A community Thanksgiving worship service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24 at the Lutheran Church, 601 N. Mechanic St.
