Pickleball is a game growing in popularity. The Monroe Parks and Recreation’s twice-weekly adult session begins play April 26 and will run to October. To sign up, call the office at 608-329-2460.

MONROE — The Monroe Parks and Recreation Outdoor Pickleball session will begin at 6 p.m. April 26 at Northeast Park.

The program is open to adults and is held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 9 a.m. The season starts and ends at Northeast Park to use lights, but the middle of the season will be at the Twining Park tennis courts.

MPR supplies the pickleballs. The session runs through October 2021, weather permitting, and there is a fee for the entire outdoor season.

Participants may register with the Parks & Rec Department, lower level of City Hall or online at monroewi.activityreg.com.
