Barry Alan Lange, age 66, of Evansville/Albany, passed away at UW Madison, on April 29, 2024.He was born on January 16, 1958, at St. Mary's Hospital, Madison. He was the son of Archie and Mary (Greatsinger) Lange. Barry graduated from Evansville High School in 1976. He grew up on the family farm working with his dad and brother. He continued farming the family farm after his marriage to Barbara Robinson on June 2, 1979. They had 1 daughter, Carrie and 2 sons, Robert, and Daniel.Barry enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and darts.
Barry is survived by his mother, Mary; wife, Barbara; children, Beth(Heissner) (Travis) Disch, Carrie Lange, Robert Lange and Daniel Lange; Granddaughters, Aimee (Aidan) Unarce of San Diego, Allison and Rebecca Rhyner of Albany; Great granddaughter, Nicasia Unarce of San Diego; Brother, Gerald (Theresa) of Evansville; Sister, Linette (Todd) Ferrell of McFarland.Barry will be joining his father, Archie, who passed last June 11th.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 3:30 to 7:30 PM on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the Albany Lions Club. 402 N Cincinnati St. Albany.
