BRODHEAD - Senior Skylar Stuckey went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and one RBI to lead the Brodhead-Juda baseball team to a 9-0 win over rival Parkview on Thursday.

Brodhead-Juda (12-7, 9-4) scored two runs in the second inning to take a 2-0 lead. The Cardinals broke the game open with a six-run sixth.

Junior Jackson Hauri and senior Tyler Flannery each drove in two runs.

Brodhead-Juda senior Tyler Hoesly pitched six shutout innings to get the win. He gave up no runs on four hits, struck out four and walked two. Junior Almonzo Friedly pitched one shutout inning in relief and struck out one.

Brodhead-Juda plays at Clinton today.
