Debra D Russo, age 57, of Monroe, Wisconsin passed away at home on Sunday, April 19, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born June 11, 1968, in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Darlo and Elizabeth (Bleile) Daly. Deb graduated from Clinton High School in 1986, attended Clinton Community College, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Saint Clare in Clinton, IA. After college, she worked at Ascentra Credit Union, as a lab tech at Archer Daniels Midland, and most recently helped her husband Jim run Jim’s Backyard BBQ. They were united in marriage on January 28, 2019, in New Mexico. Deb was a true fighter, facing every challenge with strength and courage. She adored traveling with Jim and their dogs, laughing through a game of bingo, enjoying the outdoors especially hunting, and cheering passionately as a devoted Green Bay Packer fan. Above all, she treasured every moment with her grandchildren: Brody Smith, Brooks Smith-Eversoll, Mauriella Daly and Tristan Welch.

She is survived by her husband Jim Russo of Monroe, WI; four children, Ryan Daly, Amber Smith (Travis Holt), all of Clinton, IA, Alisa (John) Dohm of Monroe, WI, Kasi (Michael) Welch of Freeport, IL; bonus daughter, Taylor Bryant of Monroe, WI and four grandchildren. She is further survived by a sister, Dawn (Drac) Daly of Clinton, IA; brother, Dean Daly of Norcross, GA; her fur babies: a Yorkie, Jordy, and a Shorkie, Murphy; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe. A luncheon will follow the service at Koning Maple Lane Event Center. Visitation will precede the service on Friday beginning at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Deb’s name. Condolences may be shared at www.newcomerfuneralhome.net
