MONROE - A South Wayne man with four convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again on the same charge Saturday, Oct. 6.

Randall A. Horsman, 51, was stopped at 5:10 p.m. after deputies noticed an erratically driven vehicle near Patterson Road in the Town of Monroe, according to the Green County Sheriff's Department.

Horsman is charged with fifth-offense DWI, driving with a revoked license, driving without vehicle insurance, unsafe lane deviation and failure to install an ignition interlock device.

He was jailed.

Court records indicate Horsman pleaded guilty to his fourth DWI charge last November before Judge James Beer and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and ordered to undergo an assessment for alcohol abuse.
