MONROE - The Green County Historical Society will host a presentation by Peter Kelly at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, at the Green County Historical Museum, 1617 9th St., Monroe.
Kelly will talk about the life and times of James Bentliff, a Civil War general from Monroe. The program is open to the public and parking can be found in the back of the museum.
