EXIT Professional Real Estate celebrates one year anniversary
June 1 marks the one year anniversary for EXIT’s opening

MONROE — Ryan Ziltner, broker, owner, of EXIT Professional Real Estate, announced May 31 that they are celebrating their one year anniversary of serving their clients, agents, and local real estate market. 

EXIT Professional Real Estate opened their doors in Monroe and New Glarus on June 1, 2021. The company started with three local Realtors and quickly grew over the past year to a total of 18 agents, all serving clients with residential, farm, vacant land, commercial, and investment properties throughout southern Wisconsin. 

“We’ve grown quickly and we know it’s due to the outstanding reputation of our agents and our company. We have served a lot of clients and sold a lot of real estate in the past one year,” said Jeff Maliszewski, broker, owner. 

“We’re really proud of our agents,” said Lexie D Harris, owner. 

EXIT has plans for a grand opening of their new Monroe office location later this year.
