On October 1:

● 10:57 p.m. Deputies, Darlington Fire and Lafayette County EMS responded to CTH K, Darlington Township for a one-vehicle rollover. Luke M. Kraus, 18, Shullsburg was traveling southbound on CTH K in his 2016 Mazda when he lost control, overturning and coming to a rest in the ditch. One passenger was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Kraus was cited for Operating While Intoxicated (1st Offense), Operating while Suspended, and Failure to Maintain Control. Kraus’s Mazda was towed from the scene.

On October 2:

● 5:01 p.m. Maverick S. Voigts, 19, Platteville reported striking a deer on CTH O, Kendall Township. Voigts reported no injuries. Voigts’ 2017 Ford received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

On October 3:

● 1:41 a.m. Noah L. Moen, 21, Argyle was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI – 1st Offense) on STH 78, Argyle Township. Moen was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was released to a responsible party. Lafayette County EMS assisted.

● 8:17 a.m. Chad M. McGowan, 46, Argyle reported striking a deer on Apple Grove Church RD, Argyle Township

● 2:47 p.m. A deputy responded to E Center ST, Village of South Wayne for a domestic dispute.

● 7:26 p.m. Margaret D. Zalaznik, 78, Benton reported striking a deer on STH 11, New Diggings Township. Zalaznik reported no injuries. Zalaznik’s 2022 Nissan received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

● 8:42 p.m. Santos D. Lazo-Flores, 22, Shullsburg and Dimas R. Lazo-Flores, 39, Shullsburg were both cited for Operating Without a Valid License (OWL – 1st Offense) on STH 23, City of Darlington

● 9:44 p.m. Christian L. Weeks, 55, Seaton IL was arrested for Operating a UTV While Intoxicated (OWI – 1st Offense) on Center DR, City of Darlington. Weeks was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was released to a responsible party. Darlington Police and Lafayette County EMS assisted.
