MONROE - No injuries were reported from a milk truck vs. Cadiz Township snow plow crash on Fox Valley Road at Clark Road in Cadiz Township at 11:44 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25. The plow, operated by Warren Dean Schneeberger, 68, Browntown, was plowing snow when it slid through the intersection and into the path of a milk truck driven by Kevin B. Babler, 30, South Wayne. The plow sustained minor damage, and the milk truck sustained moderate damage. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
On Tuesday, Nov. 26:
Jon D. Olson, 41, Monroe, was uninjured in a deer vs. truck crash reported at 5:43 a.m. on Wis. 11 near Balls Mill Road in Sylvester Township. The accident occurred about 45 minutes earlier. The truck sustained severe damage to the front bumper and was driven from the scene.
Sara J. Scace, 25, Monroe, reported no injuries from a one-vehicle accident at 5:58 a.m. on Town Center Road east of Wis. 69 in Clarno Township. She lost control on the ice-covered road and her vehicle went off the south side of the road, up an embankment, over a small tree and came to stop. It sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
Vincent R. Waelti, 16, Monroe, reported no injuries from a one-vehicle crash at 7:47 a.m. on High School Road east of Wis. 11 in Jefferson Township. Waelti told deputies he was eastbound when a white dually truck westbound in the opposite lane took up most of the road and so he moved to the right side of his lane. He then lost control of his vehicle, which spun around into the north ditch and hit a tree. The vehicle sustained moderate rear passenger-side damage and was driven from the scene.
Nancy S. Blakslee, 81, Brodhead, was taken to the Monroe Clinic ER for treatment of injuries she sustained in a one-vehicle crash at 11:14 a.m. in the N3900 block of Park Road in Decatur Township. She was northbound when she lost control on the snow-covered road. Her vehicle went off the west side of the road and overturned. It was towed.
Michael J. Chapman, 36, Monroe, reported no injuries from a deer vs. car crash at 5:23 p.m. in the N2400 block of Bethel Road in Clarno Township. The car sustained moderate front-end damage and was driven from the scene.

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday, Nov. 26:
Heidi L. Brenum, 55, Gratiot, reported no injuries from a one-vehicle accident at 9:34 a.m. on Walnut Road in Wiota Township. She was westbound when she lost control on the snow-covered road after cresting a hill. Her vehicle spun sideways into the south ditch and then went through a fence. It was moderately damaged and towed.
Timothy C. Rogers, 53, Racine, reported at 4:37 p.m. that he hit a coyote on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg Township.
Beverly A. Leahy, 52, Shullsburg, reported at 5:45 p.m. that she hit a deer on County W in Benton Township.
