Lafayette County Sheriff

• Rachael A. Donahoe, 27, Argyle, was cited for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 5:24 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, on County M in the Town of Wiota.

• Benjamin T. Stauffacher, 20, South Wayne, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 10:40 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, on East Center Street in South Wayne.

• Jayne M. Barber, 42, Dodgeville, was cited for a seatbelt violation and for driving without vehicle insurance at 11:37 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont. A passenger, Ashlee J. Barber, 18, Dodgeville, was also cited for a seatbelt violation.

• Claire E. Brennan, 18, Grayslake, Ill., was cited for speeding on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont at 12:58 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28.

• Tanner L. Schmidt, 29, Viola, Ill., was cited for speeding on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont at 1:16 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28.

• Daniel S. Doyle, 30, Milwaukee, was cited for speeding on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont at 1:55 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28.

• Trevor J. Thuli, 20, Darlington, was arrested on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia at 8:29 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, on County K in the Town of Darlington. He was also cited for operating left of center and improper vehicle registration. He was later released pending court.

• Damage to a political sign was reported at 11:57 a.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at a location on County F in the Town of Blanchard.

• A deputy responded to a complaint at 3:50 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, that hunters were loading and shooting a gun from the road on County Y in the Town of Wiota.

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 7:40 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, in a business parking lot in Wiota. A male suspect damaged another person's vehicle.

• Mailbox vandalism that occurred the previous night on Leahy Road in the Town of Shullsburg was reported at 1:50 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27.

• Harassment was reported at a residence on South Division Street in South Wayne at 7:33 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27.

• A restraining order violation was reported on West Main Street in Benton at 9:05 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 28.

• A deputy responded at 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, to several complaints of a person walking near the road on Wis. 11 in South Wayne. The deputy located a female transient and warned her to remain a safe distance from the highway. She refused any further assistance.

• Deputies responded at 8:33 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, to a 911 call reporting a physical altercation between two people on County I in New Diggings. Both subjects had left the area by the time deputies arrived.

On Monday, Oct. 29:

• Modesto Alcides Zepeda-Lopez, 32, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid license at 2:22 p.m. on County Shop Road in the Town of Darlington.

• Lyndesey K. Winkers, 18, Cobb, was cited for speeding at 9:14 p.m. on Sunnydale Road in the Town of Belmont.

• Eric D. Wehrle, 23, Dodgeville, was cited for speeding at 11:53 p.m. on Sunnydale Road in the Town of Belmont.

• A deputy responded at 5:37 p.m. to County H in the Town of Benton to keep the peace during a child custody exchange.

Monroe Police Department

MONROE - On Monday, Oct. 29:

• A caller at 10:45 p.m. complained that a neighbor in the 2600 block of 8th Avenue is neglecting a cat by leaving it outdoors and the cat might get cold. An officer deemed the complaint unfounded.

• A first-floor apartment window in the 1300 block of 16th Street was reported broken at 1:40 p.m. The window may have been broken with a nearby piece of loose concrete. There was no sign of entry.

• An officer was dispatched at 7:04 p.m. to a complaint of loud music in the 1300 block of 26th Street. The offender was testing out his new car stereo sound system and turned it off after the officer arrived.

• A caller complained at 8:47 p.m. of a barking dog in the 2100 block of 16th Avenue. An officer located the owner, who brought the dog inside.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Laci L. Ramsden, 30, Monroe, was cited for driving with a suspended license, driving without vehicle insurance and driving too fast for conditions after deputies responded at 8:54 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, to a one-vehicle crash on County C at Sandy Hook Road in the Town of Brooklyn. Ramsden lost control on a curve. The vehicle veered off into a residential yard, glanced off a tree and then went through a woven wire fence. Neither Ramsden or her passenger were injured. The vehicle sustained moderate damage to the front and passenger side and was towed.
