MONROE - Darrin W. Demrow, 35, Brodhead, was arrested in Brodhead on charges of disorderly conduct, false imprisonment and criminal damage to property (a damaged cellphone) after deputies responded to a request at 7:10 p.m. to check the welfare of a 17-month-old toddler at a residence on Evergreen Street in Decatur Township. The toddler had been present during the incident involving Demrow but was found to be unharmed and safe. Demrow was jailed. Brodhead police and Green County Human Services assisted deputies.

DARLINGTON - On Monday, Nov. 18:
Cody P. Womak, 20, Belmont, was arrested at 12:17 p.m. at a residence on South Mound Avenue in Belmont on a warrant issued by Lafayette County for failure to pay a fine on a citation. He was jailed.
Aniceto Salazar, 23, South Wayne, was arrested on charges of driving without a license or vehicle insurance at 2:44 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township. Salazar was later released after posting bond.
A complaint of an unwanted male at a residence on East Water Street in Shullsburg was reported at 8:35 p.m. He left the home before a responding deputy arrived.
