• Michelle L. Breitbach, 22, Janesville, was cited at 11:29 a.m. for speeding on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.
• A threat of injury was reported at 1:20 p.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne.
• Matthew F. Kopetko, 17, Benton, was cited at 1:42 p.m. for truancy on Alma Street in Benton.
• James M. McCarthy, 54, Crystal Lake, Ill., was cited at 4:23 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.
• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 5:50 p.m. on County J, Town of New Diggings.
• A theft was reported at 6:09 p.m. on County B, Town of Wayne.

• Cameron M. Hatcher, 23, Benton, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. for disorderly conduct after a disturbance was reported on North VanBuren Street in Benton. Hatcher was released on bond.
