MONROE - On Monday, Dec. 30:

• Keandre K. Euell, 18, Monroe, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license at 8:54 p.m. after police stopped a vehicle in the 1900 block of 15th Avenue in conjunction with an investigation into an alleged domestic problem near Browntown. Euell was released pending court.

• Police were contacted at 10:54 p.m. by Wisconsin Cheese Group for a report of an accidental spill of whey into the sewer system at the business located in the 1700 block of 12th Street.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday, Dec. 30:

• A deputy responded at 12:05 a.m. to a report of unlawful use of a telephone on Pikes Peak Lane in the Village of Blanchardville.

• A deputy responded at 1 p.m. to a harassment complaint on Peace Street in Shullsburg.

• A deputy responded at 3:45 p.m. to a report of livestock in the roadway on Red School Road in Elk Grove Township.

• Rasheeda F. Kelly, 32, Galena, was cited at 4:38 p.m. for speeding and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop on U.S. 151 in Benton Township.

• A deputy responded at 5:14 p.m. to a report of theft on North Broad Street in the Village of Argyle.

On Tuesday, Dec. 31:

• A deputy assisted the Darlington Police Department at 7:29 a.m. with an alarm at a business on Main Street in Darlington.

• A deputy assisted the Darlington Police Department at 9:15 a.m. on Center Drive in Darlington with traffic control for a downed utility line.

• A deputy responded at 11:30 a.m. to Wis. 23 in Willow Springs Township to remove debris from the roadway.

• A deputy responded at 12:35 p.m. to a traffic complaint of a vehicle traveling with no working taillights on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg Township.

• John R. Rowley, 29, Darlington, was taken into custody on a valid warrant through JoDaviess County, Ill. and Katie A. Saunders, 22, was cited for expired vehicle registration and no insurance following a traffic stop at 1:14 p.m. on Ohnstad Road in Darlington Township. Rowley was jailed pending extradition to Illinois.

• A deputy responded at 3:15 p.m. to a traffic complaint of a mailbox that was struck by a snowplow on County F in Fayette Township.

• Deputies responded at 4 p.m. to a residence on Spring Brook Road in Wiota Township to remove an unwanted subject from the residence.

• A deputy responded at 5:36 p.m. to Wis. 81 in Argyle Township to check the welfare of an individual walking in the roadway. The deputy was unable to locate the individual.

• A deputy responded at 7:32 p.m. to a complaint of suspicious activity at a location on King Road in Willow Springs Township.
