Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD - For the week of Dec. 10 to Dec. 16, Brodhead Police reported 19 calls for service, four vehicle registrations, 44 citizen assists, 13 security checks, five assists with other agencies, 11 traffic stops, nine 911 calls, two fire calls and six EMS calls.
On Dec. 10:
• Disorderly conduct was reported at 5:58 p.m. in the 2200 block of 1st Center Avenue. Contact was made and the subject was given a verbal warning.
• A 42-year-old Brodhead woman and a 31-year-old Brodhead woman were both cited for disorderly conduct at 6:08 p.m. in the 200 block of East 3rd Avenue after a verbal altercation.
On Dec. 11:
• Truancy was reported at 9:06 a.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. A warning was issued to the subject.
• An 18-year-old Brodhead woman was cited for disorderly conduct at 9:17 a.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue.
• A 41-year-old Loves Park, Illinois man was arrested for driving while intoxicated and non-registration of auto at 6:15 p.m. in the 1200 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Dec. 12:
• A dog bite complaint was reported at 10:06 a.m. in the 1300 block of West 3rd Avenue. The owner of the dog was cited.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 12:08 p.m. in the 600 block of 10th Street for a vehicle not stopping at a stop sign. The investigation continues with no suspects at this time.
• A 16-year-old Monroe male was cited for possession of tobacco by an underage person at 2:01 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue.
• A 23-year-old Brodhead man was cited for speeding at 4:41 p.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street.
On Dec. 13:
• A 29-year-old Brodhead man was arrested and cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct at 7:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of East 4th Avenue. A hold was placed by Department of Corrections and he was taken to the Green County Jail.
On Dec. 14:
• A 34-year-old Monroe man was cited for disorderly conduct at 8:53 a.m. in the 1400 block of 21st Street.
• A 19-year-old Monroe man was arrested for possession of THC, no proof of insurance and speeding at 10:25 p.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street.
On Dec. 15:
• A 19-year-old Janesville woman was cited for speeding, driving after suspension and no proof of insurance at 7:27 p.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street.
• A 37-year-old Janesville man was cited for unsafe lane deviation, driving after suspension and no proof of vehicle insurance at 10:44 p.m. in the 700 block of 1st Street.
On Dec. 16:
• A 21-year-old Brodhead man was cited for no registration of vehicle, driving after suspension and no proof of insurance at 2:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of West 4th Avenue.
• A 41-year-old Fort Atkinson woman was cited for speeding at 7:14 a.m. in the 700 block of 1st Street.
• A 44-year-old Monroe woman was cited for speeding at 8:36 a.m. in the 1200 block of 25th Street.
• A 41-year-old Rushville, Illinois, man was cited for speeding in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue.
• A 54-year-old Janesville woman was cited for speeding at 9:57 a.m. in the 100 block of East 9th Avenue.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE - On Monday:
• Shawn W. Boss, 18, Monroe, turned himself in to the Green County Sheriff's Office on a probation warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections. Boss was jailed.
• Jason R. Quintero, 44, Monroe, was arrested on an active probation warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 1:20 p.m. at the Probation & Parole Office in the 2800 block of 6th Street in Monroe. Quintero was jailed.

DARLINGTON - On Monday:
• Hannah M. Karakas, 19, Lena, Illinois, was cited for speeding and expired registration at 2:40 a.m. on County W, Monticello Township. Her passenger, Christopher Visconti, 24, Apple River, Illinois, was cited for failure to fasten seat belt.
• A deputy responded at 12:01 p.m. to Alma Street in Benton for a welfare check.
• A civil dispute was reported at 12:12 p.m. to English Hollow Road in Fayette Township.
• Theft was reported at 12:18 p.m. on Spore Road in Wiota Township.
• An animal problem was reported at 7:45 p.m. on West Estey Street in Shullsburg.
• A deputy responded at 9:13 p.m. to School Street in Blanchardville for a welfare check.
• Theft was reported at 11:37 p.m. on East Center Street in South Wayne.
