MONROE - On Thursday, Dec. 19:

• Steven J. Savage, 61, Davis, Ill., was arrested for first-offense OWI after deputies responded at 6:54 a.m. to a vehicle stopped on the road on County T in Spring Grove Township. Savage had run out of fuel while on his way home. He was released pending court.

• Jessica D. Cobb, 36, Browntown, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. at her residence in the Jordan Township on a warrant for failure to pay a fine. She was jailed.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Thursday, Dec. 19:

• Deputies responded at 1:02 a.m. to County XX in Belmont Township to check the welfare of an individual.

• Dustin A. Boeck, 29, Monroe, was arrested at 9:26 a.m. on Warren Street in South Wayne on warrants. He was turned over to a Green County deputy.

• A deputy responded at 2:30 p.m. to County G in Fayette Township for a report of manure in the roadway. The manure had been cleaned up when the deputy arrived.

• A deputy responded at 3:25 p.m. to U.S. 151 in Belmont Township for a traffic complaint of a disabled vehicle.

• David J. Frank, 38, Richland Center, was arrested for OWI after a deputy responded at 5:35 p.m. to Wis. 11 in Shullsburg for a complaint of a possible intoxicated semi-truck driver leaving a business in Shullsburg. The deputy located the semi-truck on Wis. 23 in Darlington Township. Frank was released pending court.

• A deputy responded at 6:18 p.m. to Wis. 81 in Elk Grove Township for a traffic complaint.
