Albany Police

ALBANY - Jenifer J. Virnig, 28, Oregon, was arrested Friday, Aug. 24, on charges of possessing THC (marijuana), drug paraphernalia and Suboxone (a form of methadone).

- Thomas C. Smith, 60, Albany, was arrested Saturday, Aug. 25, on charges of driving while intoxicated (second offense), non-registration of an auto and driving without a valid license.

- Justin D. Heimann, 24, Albany, was arrested Sunday, Aug. 26, on a warrant issued by Outagamie County for failure to appear in court.

- Michael V. Oberem, 60, Monticello, was cited Thursday, Aug. 23, for non-registration of an auto.

- Adrian Tecua Rivera, 25, Madison, was cited Saturday, Aug. 25, for driving with a suspended license.

- Wilson Galo-Umansor, 28, Albany, was cited Saturday, Aug. 25, for driving without a valid license.

- A purple Mongoose mountain bike was reported stolen Saturday, Aug. 11, from downtown Albany.

- A black BMX bike with white rims, white spokes and skull emblems was reported stolen Friday, Aug. 24, from downtown Albany.

Belleville Police

BELLEVILLE - Treana J. Olofson, 38, Madison, was cited for driving at an unreasonable and imprudent speed at 7:56 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, in the 400 block of West Main Street.

- Ann R. Phillips, 53, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 8:46 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, in the 400 block of West Main Street.

- Seth C. Peterson, 32, Fitchburg, was cited for speeding at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, in the 400 block of West Main Street.

- Zachary L. Grinell, 20, Belleville, was cited for underage drinking at 12:16 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, in the 100 block of Remy Road.

- Dylan J. Palmer, 20, Belleville, was cited for underage drinking at 7:17 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, in the 100 block of Remy Road.

- Robert V. Henderson, 51, Fitchburg, was cited for inattentive driving and driving without a valid license after officers responded at 4:06 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, to a three-vehicle crash in the 600 block of River Street. A northbound vehicle driven by Terri Hare, Belleville, was waiting to turn left onto Karl Avenue. A vehicle driven by Lisa Hanson, also of Belleville, was stopped behind her. Henderson failed to slow down and rearended the Hanson vehicle, which then struck the Hare vehicle. He was transported to a Madison hospital for treatment of minor injuries sustained in the crash. No other injuries were reported. Dane County deputies, Belleville firefighters and Belleville EMS assisted at the scene.

- Angela M. Reilly, 37, Belleville, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, in the 100 block of Remy Road.

- David J. Dvorak, 46, Brooklyn, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle at 4:34 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, in the 400 block of East School Street.

- Eric T. Mangone, 34, Belleville, was cited for speeding 44 mph in a 25 mph zone and driving with a suspended license at 9:12 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, in the 500 block of West Main Street.

- A theft of phones and an iPod was reported at 5:22 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, in the 10 block of Bross Circle. One of the phones was later found. The investigation is ongoing.

- An intoxicated person was escorted home and turned over to a responsible party after officers were dispatched at 1:19 a.m. Friday, Aug. 24, to the 10 block of East Main Street.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Brodie G. Flannery, 20, Darlington, was arrested in the 600 block of West 8th Street at 5:32 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, on warrants issued by Lafayette County. He was turned over to the custody of Lafayette County deputies and jailed.

- An officer on patrol noticed a "very intoxicated" man near the intersection of 13th Avenue and 16th Street at 1:33 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25. When questioned, the man gave a name later found to be fake. Police determined his real identity - Eulogio Hipolito Cruz, 22, Monroe - by running his fingerprints and discovered he was wanted on a probation and parole hold. He was taken into custody and jailed. On Monday, Hipolito Cruz was charged in Green County Circuit Court with a Class A misdemeanor charge of obstructing an officer, related to the incident.

- Ryan M. Richardson, 28, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and battery at 1:25 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, in the 2200 block of 8th Avenue. Richardson and a 20-year-old Monroe woman had been drinking and reportedly got into a fight over an accusation that he stole alcohol from her. The incident left her with a swollen eye but no other reported injuries.

- Matthew L. Wyss, 36, Monroe, was arrested on two charges of disorderly conduct at 3:22 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, in the 1400 block of 10th Street. A 23-year-old Monroe woman called police to report that Wyss had been drinking and was causing a disturbance by fighting with a 28-year-old woman, also of Monroe. When officers arrived, Wyss was uncooperative and reportedly yelling a racial slur at the 23-year-old. He faces two Class B misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct in Green County Circuit Court, related to the incident. His signature bond was set at $1,000 Monday, with the conditions that he not drink alcohol or have contact with the two women.

- Donald G. Bornemeier, 32, Monroe, was arrested for misdemeanor bail jumping in the 2200 block of 8th Street at 11:25 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, as the result of a disturbance. He was jailed. His signature bond was set Monday at $1,000 in Green County Circuit Court, with the conditions that he not drink alcohol or enter establishments that sell primarily alcohol.

- Michael E. Hoffman, 26, Monroe, was cited for trespassing in a private residence at 4:53 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, in the 1500 block of 30th Avenue.

- Two red folding chairs were found downtown after the Concert on the Square and brought to the police station at 8:42 a.m. Friday, Aug. 24. To claim, call dispatch at (608) 329-2400.

- The sedative Ambien was reported stolen from a locked room at a residence in the 2100 block of 13th Street at 10:24 a.m. Friday, Aug. 24.

- A property owner in the 600 block of 22nd Avenue was warned at 12:25 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, to pull or mow waist-high weeds.

- An iPod was found near Recreation Park, near the intersection of 17th Street and Country Lane, and brought to the police station at 5:22 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24. To claim, call dispatch at (608) 329-2400.

- A set of keys was found in Twining Park and brought to the police station at 7:14 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24. To claim, call dispatch at (608) 329-2400.

- The theft of a wallet from a vehicle in the 1200 block of 12th Street was reported at 8:20 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24.

- Police investigated an incident of reported domestic abuse at 12:46 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, in the 1900 block of 11th Street. The complainant alleged she was locked out of her home and that a spark plug wire had been cut on her vehicle, disabling it. Charges are pending.

- The theft of a No Parking sign off its post was reported in the 1700 block of 15th Street at 11:07 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25.

- An officer on patrol past a tavern in the 1300 block of 17th Street noticed a fight brewing outside at 12:47 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, and warned the people to disperse. They complied, and there were no citations.

- A cellphone was reported stolen out of an unlocked locker at the YMCA, 1307 2nd St., at 5:50 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26.

- A stray but friendly cat was found in the 2100 block of 11th Avenue at 8:42 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26. The case was referred to the Green County Humane Society.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Gerard A. McKibben, 23, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant issued by Lafayette County for failure to pay a fine when deputies responded to a report of two males arguing in the roadway in the W2700 block of Greenbush Road in the Town of Sylvester at 5:27 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26. McKibben was given over to the custody of Lafayette County deputies and jailed. Both McKibben and the other male were warned for disorderly conduct.

DARLINGTON - Joshua S. Womack, 20, Belmont, was arrested on a valid probation and parole warrant at 8:42 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, on Mound Avenue in Belmont. He was jailed.

- Jay M. Wisnefski, 42, South Wayne, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 5:34 a.m. Friday, Aug. 24, on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Wayne.

- Zachary F. Dillman, 18, Platteville, was cited for speeding at 11:38 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, on Sunnydale Road in the Town of Belmont.

- Timothy E. Parsons, 54, Hopkinton, Iowa, was cited for passing in a no-passing zone at 10:23 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

- James R. Rackow, 48, Monticello, was cited for speeding at 6:38 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Argyle.

- Bryant T. Blabaum, 19, Platteville, was cited for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 7:25 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Steven D. Leonard, 47, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 8:13 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Grant M. Knoble, 24, Richland Center, was cited for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 8:17 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Alfredo Aburto Zuniga, 24, Cobb, was cited for speeding and driving without a valid license at 8:20 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, on Sunnydale Road in the Town of Belmont.

- Charles R. Vallejo, Jr., 58, Manitowoc, was cited for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 8:37 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Jakub B. Spurley, 19, Montfort, was cited for speeding at 9:05 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Brian E. Powell, 31, Apple River, Ill., was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 10:42 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

- Alyssa A. DeNure, 22, South Wayne, was cited for driving while intoxicated after a deputy responded to a one-vehicle accident on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Darlington at 2:11 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26. DeNure was southbound when she veered onto the shoulder, overcorrected and lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed.
