MONROE - Sean M. Schelb, 40, Albany, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and violation of bond at about 12:15 a.m. Friday at a residence in the Village of Albany, after deputies investigated a call for a domestic dispute. Schelb was jailed pending court or bond.
• Troy W. Shunk, 16, Albany, was cited for violation of GDL restriction and operating left of center at about 6 p.m. Friday on Dunphy Road east of County E in the Town of Albany, after a traffic stop. Passengers Gustavo Flores Cortez, 17, Albany, and Daniel S. Georgeson, 17, Albany, received citations for possession of drug paraphernalia. All were released pending court.
