MONROE - Jeffrey C. Miller, 19, Browntown, was cited at 12:05 a.m. Thursday, April 10, for underage drinking, fourth offense. Brittany L. Boeck, 21, Browntown, was cited for obstruction related to a report of intoxicated individuals damaging property at the Browntown Community Park, Village of Browntown. The case was referred to the District Attorney for charges of malicious destruction of property for a broken concrete planter.
