Hailey B. Fromi, age 15, of Madison, died Saturday, February 23, 2013, surrounded by her family, at Agrace Hospice Care in Fitchburg. She was born on February 22, 1998 the daughter of Joel and Heidi (Anderson) Fromi. She was a student at James Madison Memorial High school and she enjoyed going there.
She is survived by her mother, Heidi Fromi of McFarland; brother, Joseph Fromi of McFarland, maternal grandparents, Edward and Barbette Anderson of Madison; paternal grandparents, Jon and Judith Fromi of Freeport, IL; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Joel Fromi; sister, Samantha Meighan.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Bethany United Church of Christ in Freeport, IL. A memorial fund will be established in Hailey's name. Shriner Hager Gohlke Funeral Home, Monroe, is assisting the family.
