Agnes W. Hougas, 95, Monroe, died Friday, May 29, 2015. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 13 at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe, with Rev. Brian Backstrand of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service Saturday, June 13 at the funeral home.
