Cyril L. (Bosco) Waelti, age 59, of Monroe, died on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at U.W. Hospital Madison, surrounded by his family. He was born on March 13, 1958 in Monroe, the son of Lawrence and Clara (Whitehead) Waelti.
Cyril was a graduate of Orangeville High School.
Cyril and Judy Fiez were united in marriage on August 11, 1979 at St. Victor's Catholic Church.
He was employed at Dorman Cheese for many years, Honeywell, was a Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer for 30 years, and recently was employed with Kuhn North America.
He enjoyed spending time with his wife, taking numerous road trips on their Harley. He also enjoyed hunting, but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandsons. Cyril was a people person; he enjoyed talking and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Judy, sons, Tony and Nic Waelti; daughter, Jamie (Jed) Strait, and grandsons, Nashton and Nolan; foster brothers, Louie Bunker and Troy Menehan; brothers-in-law, Leon (Chris) Fiez, David (Chong) Fiez, sisters-in-law, Sue (Jim) Dalee, Denise (Mike) Heller, Terri Fiez; also many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He is predeceased by his parents, and half sister, Phyllis Martin.
A Visitation will be Friday, April 28, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at SHRINER-HAGER-GOHLKE funeral home, 1455 Mansion Dr., and 18th Avenue in Monroe. A private graveside service will be held at Calvary Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 29th, at Sinners Saloon 1428 17th Street in Monroe, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
