Kyle W. Haag, 28, Mount Horeb, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of resisting an officer and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on Aug. 31. Court records indicate Haag was intoxicated and got into an argument with his girlfriend at Yellowstone Lake State Park. Haag will be on probation for three years with conditions that he not drink or do drugs, go to bars or liquor stores, submit to blood or urine tests and undergo alcohol and other drug assessment classes. He owes the court $352.
Virgil Leroy Kingery Jr., 34, Gratiot, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on Aug. 16. Kingery Jr. will serve 45 days in jail with work release privileges. He owes the court $243.
