ALBANY — Two juveniles were cited May 9 for possession of a nicotine product.
● Elizabeth A. M. Broshous, 23, Albany, was cited May 10 for disorderly conduct.
● Halie A. Lyons, 21, Monroe, was cited May 10 for driving with a suspended license.
● Chad R. Heins, 39, Albany, was cited May 11 for non-registration of an auto and for driving with a suspended license and no vehicle insurance.
● Giavonni A. Reynolds, 26, Albany, was cited May 20 for driving with a suspended license and no vehicle insurance.
Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD — For the week of May 12-18, police performed 65 security checks, 56 citizen assists, 11 assists of other agencies, five vehicle registrations and seven follow-ups to incidents; responded to 22 calls for service, seven EMS calls and 13 911 or BEEMS (Brodhead Elderly Emergency Monitoring System) calls; and made 19 traffic stops. No fire calls and no mental health or detox transports were reported.
On Sunday, May 12:
● A vehicle parked facing traffic was reported at 4:45 a.m. in the 500 block of 11th Street. A warning was issued.
● A Neenah woman, 44, was cited for speeding at 9:43 a.m. in the 1500 block of 17th Street.
On Monday, May 13:
● A Monroe woman, 73, was cited for speeding at 1:54 p.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street.
● A Brodhead woman, 18, was arrested at 3:39 p.m. in the 200 block of 1st Center Avenue on a warrant issued by the Beloit Police Department.
● A Janesville woman, 56, was cited for speeding at 7:18 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Street.
● A vehicle in violation of the city’s Junk Vehicle ordinance was reported at 7:24 p.m. in the 500 block of 11th Street. A warning was issued.
● A Brodhead man, 52, was cited for speeding at 7:44 p.m. in the N300 block of 1st Center Avenue.
● An altercation between two people was reported at 8:30 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Tuesday, May 14:
● A vehicle parked facing traffic was reported at 4:42 a.m. in the 1900 block of West 7th Avenue. A warning was issued.
● A Janesville woman, 71, was cited for speeding at 3:02 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Street.
● A Whitewater man, 57, was cited for speeding at 3:26 p.m. in the 500 block of East 9th Avenue.
● A code violation involving a building in need of repair was reported at 4:36 p.m. in the 900 block of 1st Center Avenue. The building owner was advised of the violations.
On Wednesday, May 15:
● Semi trucks parked off the truck route were reported at 4:54 a.m. in the 2400 block of East 3rd Avenue. Warnings were issued.
● Two cases of truancy were reported at about 10:30 a.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. Warnings were issued.
● A fraudulent phone call was reported at 3:25 p.m. in the 1600 block of East 3rd Avenue.
On Thursday, May 16:
● A counterfeit bill was reported at 7:38 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street.
● A Brodhead man, 34, was arrested on a domestic abuse-related charge of disorderly conduct after police responded at 6:12 p.m. to a disturbance in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Friday, May 17:
● Police responded to check the welfare of a possibly impaired person at 2:13 a.m. in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue. Upon arrival, the subject had left the area.
● A loose dog was reported at 1:33 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. The owner was located and the dog was returned.
● An accident involving a vehicle that backed into another vehicle was reported at 9:25 p.m. in the 1600 block of 1st Center Avenue. No injuries were reported. The drivers exchanged information.
On Saturday, May 18:
● A parking citation was issued at 3:51 a.m. in the 500 block of East Exchange Street for a heavy truck parked overnight.
Monroe Police
MONROE — Samone N. Miller, 29, Madison, was arrested on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant for a probation violation following a traffic stop at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 16, in the 900 block of 21st Avenue. She was also cited for driving with a revoked license and suspended vehicle registration. She was jailed pending court.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE — Freddrick L. Shannon, 27, Kenosha, was arrested on a Kenosha County warrant for contempt of court after Green County and Lafayette County deputies investigated a report of suspicious activity in the W8700 block of County B, Town of Cadiz, at 1:32 a.m. Thursday, May 16. It was reported that a vehicle was parked along the side of the road and a male subject was walking around in the area and had knocked on the door of a nearby residence asking for gas for his vehicle. Deputies located the man, identified him as Shannon, and discovered the warrant for his arrest. He was jailed in Green County pending transport to the Kenosha County Jail.
● Chad A. Davis, 32, Brooklyn, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while under the influence of drugs after deputies responded at 12:30 a.m. Friday, May 17, to a traffic complaint of a possibly impaired driver on Mortensen Road, Town of Brooklyn. Deputies located the vehicle at a residence in the W1300 block of Mortensen Road and identified the driver as Davis. He was also arrested on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia and on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections probation hold. He was jailed. Belleville and Albany police assisted deputies in the investigation.
Darlington Police
DARLINGTON — On Friday, May 17:
● Christopher M. Wurtzbacher, 45, Gratiot, was cited at about 10:05 p.m. for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Pelco Drive.
● Joseph P. Stauffacher, 40, Platteville, was arrested at about 11:08 p.m. for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Pelco Drive.
Lafayette County Sheriff
DARLINGTON — On Saturday, May 4:
● An erratic driver was reported at 4:40 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Willow Springs.
● A 911 misdial was reported at 5:30 p.m. on Bockhop Lane, Town of Belmont.
● A 911 misdial was reported at 5:30 p.m. on West Grove Street in South Wayne.
● A disabled semi was reported at 6:32 p.m. on Roller Coaster Road, Town of Darlington.
● Kami J. Adolf, 31, Dubuque, Iowa, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property after a deputy responded at 7:08 p.m. to a complaint of disorderly conduct on 3rd Avenue in Benton. She was taken to the jail and later released on a cash bond.
● Livestock on the roadway was reported at 7:39 p.m. on County M, Town of Darlington.
● Deputies responded at 9:34 p.m. to check the welfare of a person on County G who was parked by the Calamine Bridge and Pecatonica River, Town of Willow Springs. The person was taken into protective custody. Belmont and Darlington police and Green County EMS of Darlington assisted on scene.
On Sunday, May 5:
● A deputy responded to assist with unlocking a vehicle at 1:54 p.m. on Miner Way in Shullsburg.
● A deputy responded at 3:38 p.m. to assist Darlington police with keeping the peace on Center Hill Road in Darlington.
● An erratic driver was reported at 5:24 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.
● A bail jumping violation was reported at 8:55 p.m. on County G, Town of Argyle.
● Aniceto Salzara-Alarcon, 29, Darlington, was cited for driving with a suspended license and no vehicle insurance at 10:12 p.m. on County K, Town of Darlington.

● Antonio J. Gaydem, 38, Lansing, Illinois, was cited for speeding and driving with a suspended license at 3:32 a.m. on County W, Town of White Oak Springs.
● Livestock on the roadway was reported at 7:21 a.m. on Center Drive Road, Town of Elk Grove.
● A deputy responded to check welfare at 9:57 a.m. on County XX, Town of Belmont.
