Albany Police

ALBANY — Anthony G. Manion, 56, Albany, and Jennifer M. Shapiro, 44, Stoughton, were cited June 8 for junked vehicles or appliances on a property.

●  Andrew J. Fischer, 39, Madison, was cited June 11 for retail theft and driving with a revoked license.

●  Michael K. Boase, 23, Rockford, Illinois, was arrested June 13 on a charge of battery.

●  Mason R. Buss, 21, Combined Locks, was cited June 14 for urinating in public.

●  Matthew D. Auble, 20, Muskego, and Martin D. Mersenski, 20, Madison, were cited June 14 for underage drinking.

●  Sierra P. Lervik, 27, Beloit, was arrested June 14 on charges of operating while under the influence of an intoxicant and operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration. She was also cited for having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle, failure to obey a traffic sign and possession of THC.

●  Jennifer K. Picket, 36, Albany, was cited June 15 for allowing a dog to run at large.

●  Diallo W. Woodard, 45, Albany, was cited June 16 for driving with a revoked license.

●  A juvenile was cited June 19 for disorderly conduct.

●  Kevin J. Bambrough, 20, Oregon, was cited June 19 for disorderly conduct.

●  Shaun L. Koss, 39, Albany, was cited June 20 for driving with a suspended license.

●  Graciela N. Flores, 19, Loves Park, Illinois, was cited June 21 for driving without a valid license.

●  Alon D. Hodges, 20, Beloit, Zachary M. Judd, 20, Mount Horeb, and Mark D. Slauson, 24, Madison, were Cited June 21 for urinating in public


Monroe Police

MONROE —On June 21:

●  Shawna L. Osbaugh, 38, Brodhead, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. in the 400 block of West 21st Street on a Lafayette County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of contributing to truancy. She posted the required $250 bond and was released.

On June 22:

●  Paul B. Baker, 40, Monroe, was arrested on a second-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 1:28 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 300 block of 6th Avenue West. He was also cited for driving at an unreasonable and imprudent speed, driving with a revoked license and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was booked and released pending court.

●  A disturbance was reported at 12:56 p.m. at a residence in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West. As a result, a 16-year-old male from Monroe was cited for criminal damage to property and Mercedes M. Reynolds, 26, Monroe, was cited for keeping a disorderly house.


Monticello Police

MONTICELLO — On June 12:

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 2:09 p.m. The investigation is ongoing.

●  A parking violation was reported at 6:01 p.m. in the 1000 block of East Lake Avenue. The vehicle was later removed.

●  An unlicensed vehicle was reported at 10:05 p.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street.

On June 13:

●  Austin C. Busker, 50, Freeport, was cited for possession of THC and a defective brake light following a traffic stop at 2:13 a.m. in the 100 block of Wis. 69.

●  An unlicensed vehicle was reported at 3 p.m. in the 500 block of South Main Street.

●  Grass clippings in the roadway were reported at 3:25 p.m. in the 200 block of Kennedy Street. They were later removed.

●  An unlicensed vehicle was reported at 3:26 p.m. in the 200 block of Kennedy Street. A warning letter was issued.

●  A parking complaint was reported at 3:29 p.m. on East Coates Avenue at North Pratt Road. The vehicle was later removed.

●  Two parking complaints were reported at 3:31 p.m. in the 1000 block of East Lake Avenue. The vehicles were later removed.

●  Harassment, stalking and a restraining order violation were reported at 7:28 p.m.

●  Harassment was reported at 9:53 p.m. in the 100 block of Wis. 69.

On June 15:

●  A found dog was reported at 9:21 a.m. in the Town of Washington. The report was turned over to the Green County Sheriff’s Office.

●  A dog at large was reported at 10:22 a.m. in the 100 block of Lake Avenue. The owner was warned.

●  Police took a report at 1:35 p.m. of vehicles speeding on Johnson Street. In addition to monitoring the area, police put up a “speed board,” a speed-detection unit that shows the speed limit (25 mph) as well as a digital display of each vehicle’s speed as it passes.

●  Lost property reported at 9:03 p.m. in the 100 block of North Main Street was later recovered and returned to the owner.

●  Police assisted a person with a notary at 10:13 p.m. in the 100 block of North Main Street.

On June 16:

●  Police assisted a person with a parking issue at 10:34 a.m. in the 100 block of North Main Street.

●  Police located lost property at 11:50 a.m. in the 400 block of South Monroe Street and returned it to the owner.

●  Police assisted a citizen regarding extra “No dogs allowed in park” signage at 12 p.m. in the 100 block of Lake Avenue. There was a concern of dogs defecating in the park and not enough signs in the area by the entrance next to the pool.

●  Missing property was reported at 3:04 p.m. in the 200 block of East Park Avenue. It was later recovered.

●  Debris in the roadway was reported at 3:54 p.m. on East Coates Avenue at North Main Street. It was removed.

●  Matthew Potterton, 30, Hollandale, was cited for speeding and an expired vehicle registration following a traffic stop at 7:36 p.m. on Adams Road at East Lake Avenue.

●  A speeding vehicle was reported at 8:26 p.m. in the 300 block of East Lake Avenue.

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 8:46 p.m. in the Town of Washington. The call was transferred to the Green County Sheriff’s Office.

●  After-hours burning was reported at 9:10 p.m. in the 300 block of East Lake Avenue. A warning was issued.

On June 18:

●  A holdup alarm was reported at 4:07 p.m. at a business on Wis. 69. It had been set off by accident.

●  Police assisted with traffic control during a Monticello First Response call at 5:40 p.m.

June 19:

●  A vehicle traveling all over the road was reported at 2:54 p.m. in the 100 block of Wis. 69. Police made contact and determined everything was OK.


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — Dustin R. Cochran, 35, Machesney Park, Illinois, was arrested on two counts of disorderly conduct, one domestic abuse-related, after deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at 1:40 a.m. June 20 at the Sweet Minihaha Campground, N4697 County E, Town of Decatur. He was jailed, then released after his bond was posted. Brodhead police assisted deputies on scene.

●  Kendrick J. Eichelkraut, 29, Monticello, turned himself in at the sheriff’s office at 3:56 p.m. June 22 on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant. He was jailed.


Darlington Police

DARLINGTON — Eunice Rivera-Andrade, 35, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid license at 2:24 a.m. June 20 on Keep Street.

●  Heriberto Lopez-Duran, 33, Platteville, was arrested on domestic abuse-related charges of disorderly conduct and battery at 8:48 p.m. June 20, following a disturbance at a residence on Keep Street.

●  Kelsey R. Craft, 26, Monticello, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 2:13 a.m. June 21 on Galena Street.


Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON — On June 9:

●  An animal bite was reported at 5:22 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Wiota.

●  A wallet was found at 6:31 p.m. on County N near the intersection with Wis. 11, Town of Wayne.

●  A deputy responded at 11:09 p.m. to West Water Street in Shullsburg to assist Shullsburg police with a suspicious activity complaint.

On June 10:

●  Deputies assisted Shullsburg police with a suspicious activity case at 12:08 a.m. on South Judgement Street in Shullsburg.

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 3:56 a.m. on County D, Town of Wayne.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 6:31 a.m. on Ames Branch Road, Town of Seymour.

●  Mary A. Gentry, 48, Belmont, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated and possessing cocaine and drug paraphernalia at 9:50 a.m. on South Penn Street in Belmont. She was also arrested for a probation violation. She was jailed.

●  A 911 misdial was reported at 12:14 p.m. on County J in Benton.

●  A deputy responded to keep the peace at 3:56 p.m. on County XX, Town of Elk Grove.

●  A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 5:29 p.m. on County F, Town of Fayette.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 8:32 p.m. on County F, Town of Darlington.

On June 11:

●  Linda M. Pinch, 34, Shullsburg, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 9:46 a.m. on County I, Town of New Diggings.

●  An animal problem was reported at 9:47 a.m. on County I, Town of New Diggings.

●  Steven G. Lebarge, 35, Darlington, and Joshua W. Gengler, 37, Dewitt, Iowa, were both cited for reckless driving endangering safety at 3:56 p.m. after Labarge’s 2016 Hyundai was struck from behind by Gengler’s 2006 Chevrolet. The accident happened while the two men were “jacking back and forth.” Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were driven from the scene.
