Darlington Police

DARLINGTON — John Patrick McQuellon, 53, Brimfield, Illinois, was cited for operating an ATV or UTV while intoxicated on Wis. 81 at 10:09 p.m. June 12. He was also cited for refusing to provide a required intoxication test, having open intoxicants on the street and for an ATV/UTV route violation.

●  Cody L. Bevins, 30, Darlington, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large at about 5:30 p.m. June 15, following a complaint on East Street.

●  Matthew S. Wylie, 32, Darlington, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at about 8:25 p.m. June 16, following a traffic stop on East Cornelia Street. He was also cited for driving with a suspended license and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A Lafayette County sheriff’s deputy assisted on scene.


Monroe Police

MONROE — Lisa M. Glover, 41, Freeport, was arrested on a Green County warrant for failing to appear in court on a worthless check charge following a traffic stop at 2:17 p.m. June 15 in the W6000 block of Wis. 11. She was released after posting the required cash bail.

●  Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at 11:19 p.m. June 16 in the 2600 block of Wis. 69. The driver, Danyel T. Fernandes, 31, and a passenger, Renee A. Saldecki, 29, both of Freeport, were cited for possession of THC.


Monticello Police

MONTICELLO — Kevin J. Skram, 33, Monticello, was arrested and jailed on felony charges of disorderly conduct, battery and strangulation after police, Monticello First Response, Green County EMS and the Green County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call reporting a disturbance at a South Pierce Street residence at 4:25 p.m. June 16. His cash bond is set at $2,000 with conditions that he not drink or go into bars or liquor stores and have no contact with the alleged victim or her residence.

MONROE — Desireay L. Walters, 18, Apple River, Illinois, was cited for speeding, no proof of vehicle insurance, false display of registration and driving without a valid license (second offense within three years) at 1:23 p.m. June 15 in the W5100 of Wis. 11, Town of Monroe.


Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON — On June 4:

●  Richard B. Miles, 40, and Jessica L. Bates, 36, both of Belmont, were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after deputies responded at 5:01 p.m. to Highland Street in Belmont for a domestic dispute. They were booked at the jail and later released on cash bonds.

●  Deputies responded at 5:56 p.m. to Russell Road, Town of Kendall, for a citizen’s assist.

On June 5:

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 6:39 a.m. on White School Road, Town of Gratiot.

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 6:57 a.m. on Tish Road, Town of Darlington.

●  A deputy assisted Darlington police with a criminal damage to property case at 7:57 a.m. on Galena Street in Darlington.

●  An injured animal in the roadway was reported at 10:11 a.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

●  Shaniqua D. Hamp, 28, Dubuque, was arrested on a Lafayette County warrant at 3:06 p.m. and transported to the jail, where she posted bond.

●  Logan S. Hermanson, 21, Darlington, was cited for seatbelt violation at 6:49 p.m. on County XX, Town of Belmont.

●  Juventino T. Tlaxcaltecatl, 22, Darlington, was cited for first-offense operating while intoxicated, driving without a license, speeding and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 8:36 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.

●  An animal bite was reported at 9:14 p.m. on Main Street in Gratiot.

●  A deputy assisted Darlington police with a traffic stop at 10 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

●  Francisco M. Garcia-Garcia, 20, Cuba City, was cited for driving without a license at 10:56 p.m. on Center Hill Road in Darlington.

●  Martin C. McGrail, 24, Plainfield, Illinois, was cited for speeding at 11:25 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.

●  A deputy assisted Darlington police with a traffic stop at 11:34 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

●  Criminal damage to property involving paintballs being shot at a vehicle was reported at 11:49 p.m. on County F, Town of Blanchard.

On June 6:

●  A deputy assisted Darlington police with a disorderly conduct case at 2:20 a.m. on East Louisa Street in Darlington.

●  An animal noise complaint was reported at 4:08 p.m. on East Water Street in Shullsburg.

●  A deputy responded at 5:09 p.m. to Alvin Street in Blanchardville to follow up on a theft reported June 3.

●  A 911 misdial was reported at 7:31 p.m. on County Z, Town of Darlington.

●  Fabian Ortiz-Camarillo, 34, Darlington, was cited for no vehicle insurance at 9:43 p.m. on Keep Street in Darlington.

●  An animal problem was reported at 9:58 p.m. on County G, Town of Belmont.

On June 7:

●  A deputy assisted Darlington police at 12:27 a.m. on Sunset Court in Darlington with a runaway juvenile.

●  Carter R. McDonald, 29, West Dundee, Illinois, was arrested at 3:59 a.m. on a charge of eluding police and cited for first-offense operating while intoxicated, speeding and possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. The arrest occurred in the 17000 block of Furnace Hill Road, following approximately five miles of pursuit. He was jailed.

●  Illegal burning was reported at 3:39 p.m. on County F, Town of Blanchard.

●  A 911 misdial was reported at 4:51 p.m. on Jennings Road, Town of Wiota.

●  A deputy responded at 5:51 p.m. to White School Road, Town of Monticello, for a vehicle unlock.

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 7:04 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg. Pieces of broken concrete from the road were causing the hazard. They were not large enough to require immediate attention but did reportedly cause a flat tire. The cause for the breakage was unknown.

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 7:26 p.m. on West Clinton Street in Shullsburg.

●  A deputy responded at 8:20 p.m. to East Main Street in Benton for a report that a child was pushed off his bicycle.

●  Deputies assisted Darlington police with a disorderly conduct case at 11:12 p.m. on West Alice Street in Darlington. Green County EMS of Darlington assisted on scene.

On June 8:

●  Jared J. Heim, 20, Darlington, was arrested and jailed on charges of felony bail jumping and possession of THC after deputies responded at 12:27 a.m. to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle on private property near the fairgrounds racetrack on East Louisa Street in Darlington. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license. His passenger, Colton S. Gross, 20, Darlington, was cited for obstructing law enforcement. Darlington police assisted on scene.

●  Deputies responded at 2:05 a.m. to Main Street in Darlington to assist Darlington police with a disorderly conduct complaint.

●  A deputy responded at 2:23 p.m. to check the welfare of children at a residence on High Street, Town of New Diggings.

●  A deputy responded at 4:18 p.m. to County U, Town of Seymour.

●  An erratic driver responded at 8:51 p.m. to Ingwell Road, Town of Blanchard.

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 9:46 p.m. on Walnut Road, Town of Darlington.

On June 9:

●  A deputy responded at 8:56 a.m. to Mates Avenue in Belmont to assist with unlocking a vehicle.

●  A parking complaint was reported at 12:19 p.m. on County F, Town of Darlington.
