MONROE — Jeffrey W. Walters, 62, Monroe, was arrested on a felony warrant through Green County at 3:46 a.m. Feb. 18 in the 200 block of 6th Street. He was jailed. On Feb. 20:
● A stalking complaint was reported at 12:27 a.m. at the Monroe Police Department. Justin T. Kunz, 30, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Abuse Laws and stalking. He was jailed.
● Amanda N. Heins, 31, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of operating while under the influence of intoxicants and prohibited alcohol concentration at 2:33 a.m. in the 1300 block of 13th Avenue. She was also cited for improper registration of a vehicle. She was released to a responsible party.
● A parking complaint was reported at 5:36 a.m. in the 1700 block of 17th Street. Vincent J. Buholzer, 24, Monroe, was arrested for bail jumping. He was cited for a parking violation. He was jailed.
● Sergio R. Martinez, 42, Monroe, was arrested on several outstanding warrants through the Monroe Police Department for disorderly conduct, battery and bail jumping at 11:18 p.m. Feb. 21 in the 800 block of 16th Avenue. He was also cited for non-registration of auto and possession of open intoxicants in vehicle. He was jailed.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE — Larry G. Farnsworth, 64, Madison, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating under the influence of alcohol at 1:52 a.m. Feb. 15 in the W2000 block of County C, Town of Brooklyn as a result of a report of a vehicle in the ditch. He was also cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration. His vehicle sustained minor damage. It was removed. He was released pending court
On Feb. 18:
● Suspicious activity was reported at 12:14 p.m. in the W1000 block of Town Center Road. Aaron A. Miller, 32, Spring Green, was arrested on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections hold. He was cited for driving after suspension, non-registration of auto, no vehicle insurance, failure to notify DMV of address change and failure to obtain a non-residence solicitor permit. He was jailed.
● Eric C. Wade, 31, Belleville, was arrested on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections hold at 1:28 p.m. at the Probation and Parole Office, 2841 6th Street in Monroe. He was jailed.
On Feb. 21:
● Enrique De Paz DeLeon, 37, Beloit, was cited for driving without a valid license, his second offense within three years, at 1:19 a.m. in the W2900 block of Wis. 11, Town of Jefferson following a traffic stop for speeding.
● Michael R. Johnson, 18, Belleville, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol at 2 a.m. in the N6100 block of Wis. 104, Town of Albany. He was released pending court. A passenger was cited for underage consumption of alcohol.
● A traffic complaint involving a vehicle traveling west in the eastbound lane and almost crashing several times was reported at 2:35 a.m. in the W100 block of Wis. 81, Town of Spring Grove. Gustavo Luz Miranda, 34, Monroe, was arrested on a second-offense charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol. He was cited for driving after revocation and possession of open intoxicants in a vehicle. He was released pending court.
Monticello Police
MONTICELLO — On Feb. 13:
● An abandoned vehicle was reported at 7:45 p.m. on Wis. 69 and West Coates Avenue. Vehicle was tagged for 24-hour removal. It was towed to impound.
● Police issued nine parking citations for winter parking ordinance violations.
On Feb. 14:
● A parking violation was reported at 11:27 a.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street. A citation for violation of the no parking downtown between 2:30 and 6 a.m. was issued.
● A hit-and-run crash was reported at 12:02 p.m. in the 100 block of Staedtler Avenue. This remains under investigation.
● Police responded to check welfare at 1:32 p.m. Feb. 15 in the 500 block of Sunset Avenue. Everything was okay.
On Feb. 16:
● Police along with Monroe EMS and Monticello Fire First Response responded at 8:31 a.m. for a residential medical call.
● Police responded to check welfare at 1:15 p.m. in the 500 block of Sunset Avenue. Everything was okay.
On Feb. 17:
● Police assisted with traffic control for Monticello Fire First Response at 3:10 p.m. on North Main Street and West Coates Avenue.
● An abandoned vehicle was reported at 9:49 p.m. on North Main Street and West Coates Avenue. Vehicle was later moved.
● A possible stolen vehicle was reported at 10:24 a.m. Feb. 19 in the 300 block of East Coates Avenue. The vehicle was located at a friend’s house in Madison and found to not be stolen.
Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD — For the week of Feb. 14 to Feb. 20, police performed 23 security checks, 11 citizen assists, nine assists of other agencies, 11 follow-ups to incidents, nine vehicle registration and 16 traffic stops; responded to 39 calls for service and reported six EMS calls, eight 911 or BEEMS (Brodhead Elderly Emergency Monitoring System) calls and no fire calls. No detox or mental health transports were reported.
On Feb. 14:
● A parking citation was issued at 3:28 a.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue and at 3:38 a.m. in the 900 block of West Exchange Street for a vehicle in violation of the city’s winter parking ordinance.
● A Janesville man, 18, was cited for passing in a no-passing zone at 1:13 p.m. in the 100 block of 10th Street.
● Dogs at large was reported at 4:43 p.m. in the 1600 block of 1st Center Avenue. Officers were unsuccessful at catching dogs.
On Feb. 15:
● A Janesville Man, 43, was cited for speeding at 8:19 a.m. in the 800 block of 23rd Street.
● Suspicious activity involving receiving emails about vehicle renewal was reported at 11:18 a.m. Subject was advised how to check renewal status online.
On Feb. 17:
● Verbal harassment and suspicious activity were reported at 11:33 a.m. at a commercial building in the 700 block of 17th Street. Officers found nothing suspicious.
● A tobacco violation was reported at 12:46 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. Warnings were issued.
● A Brodhead man, 30, was cited for driving without a valid license at 8 a.m. Feb. 18 in the 900 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Feb. 19:
● A Berwyn, Illinois man, 35, was cited for speeding at 8:32 a.m. in the 100 block of 1st Street.
● A Fort Atkinson man, 46, was cited for speeding at 10:01 a.m. in the 100 block of 1st Street.
● Counterfeit currency was reported at 3:04 p.m. in the 800 block of East Exchange Street. This remains under investigation.
● A Monroe man, 30, was arrested for driving after revocation, alcohol related, and for felony bail jumping at 3:42 p.m. in the 2300 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Feb. 20:
● A dog at large was reported at 11:48 a.m. in the 1800 block of West 4th Avenue. The dog was released to the Green County Humane Society.
● A vehicle parked left of center facing traffic was reported at 7:09 p.m. in the 1300 block of 1st Center Avenue. A warning was issued.
Darlington Police
DARLINGTON — Katherine Kay, 61, South Wayne, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated at 10 a.m. Feb. 16 on Main Street as a result of a citizen complaint of a careless driver.

DARLINGTON — On Feb. 15:
● A deputy located a disabled vehicle at 3:24 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.
● Harassment was reported at 9:38 a.m. on Easy Street in Benton.
● Deputies responded to check welfare at 10:22 a.m. on Noble Street in Gratiot.
● Preston E. Martin, 19, Shullsburg, was arrested on a warrant at 1:14 p.m. on East Water Street in Shullsburg. He was released on a cash bond.
● Deputies responded for a civil dispute at 5:56 p.m. on County E, Town of Shullsburg.
● A traffic complaint was reported at 9:20 p.m. on West Puddledock Road, Town of Argyle.
On Feb. 16:
● A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 4:22 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Lamont and at 5:54 a.m. on County E, Town of Darlington.
● A deputy responded for a vehicle lockout at 1:07 p.m. on North Mound Avenue in Belmont.
● Livestock on the roadway was reported at 6:15 p.m. on South Galena Road, Town of Elk Grove.
● A deputy responded for traffic control at 6:31 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Elk Grove.
● A domestic dispute was reported at 7:53 p.m. on Edison Road, Town of Benton.
● Justin R. Myers, 44, South Wayne, was cited for possession of open intoxicants at 11 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.
