MONROE - The Small Business Development Center has hired Brock Waterman as the southwest Wisconsin region business consultant. This position helps start-up and small businesses with business planning and other needed services.

Waterman's areas of expertise include financial management, financial projections, business model development and analysis, lean start-up, customer discovery, risk management, website planning, social media, search engine optimization and strategic planning and execution.
