MONROE - The "Reflections of the Heart" luncheon, sponsored by Stateline Women's Connection and Stonecroft Ministries, is set for 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20 at Peppercorn Banquets at Ludlow Mansion, 1417 Mansion Drive.
