LANCASTER- Scenic Rivers Energy Cooperative presented 23 scholarships for $500. The scholarships were awarded at the cooperative's annual meeting April 12. Rupnow, daughter of Jeff and Debby Rupnow, Argyle, is a senior at Black Hawk High School.
