FREEPORT - Severe tooth decay is more than a nuisance - it can affect a child's performance in school and even his or her health. FHN, as part of the American Dental Association's Give Kids a Smile campaign, is offering a Free Dental Day for uninsured or underinsured children Saturday, Feb. 9.

Uninsured and underinsured children through age 17 are eligible for free cleanings, exams, x-rays and fluoride treatments as part of Free Dental Day from 7:30 a.m. to noon Feb. 9 at FHN Family Dental Care, 1768 Rosenstiel Drive, Freeport.
