William and Susan Wetherington, Monticello, announce the engagement of their daughter, Rose Wetherington, to Johnathan Roth, son of Tony and Janice Roth of Plainview, Minn. The couple met through mutual friends at Crossroads College in Rochester, Minn.
The bride-to-be is a 2010 graduate of Crossroads College with an A.A. and is working as a certified nursing assistant for St. Isidore Health Center in Plainview. She will be finishing her physical therapy degree at Winona State University in Winona, Minn.
The future groom is a 2006 graduate of RCTC with an A.A. in Criminal Justice and a 2009 graduate of Crossroads College with a B.S. in counseling psychology and a minor in music. He works as a qualified mental retardation professional for REM River Bluffs in Rochester.
The wedding will be Saturday, October 16, at the Plainview Church of Christ, Plainview.
