MONROE - Construction season might be in full swing now but it is the end of construction that is giving Angelus Retirement Community in Monroe an occasion to celebrate. June 5, Angelus hosts a public open house to showcase its new addition with 22 apartments. Together with the original apartments built in 2003, Angelus now has 62 apartments: studios, one bedrooms, one bedrooms with den, and two bedroom apartments.
